Found a way. Go through the same process on uploading your video. Add a song but when you add it, don’t mute it ( by putting the volume all the way down) lower it the most you can but don’t mute it. And it will work.

My favorite part about getting my video muted is having the pleasure of waiting 12 hours to be notified that it was even mutable. I uploaded the video and scheduled it to drop in the morning. This doesn't work for me. If I go down to zero, it mutes the sound. 1 works sometimes, but other times you can hear it if there's a silence in your audio. I have found that using a "silent" sound works. You can search for them.

Guys if you have original music that you’ve uploaded through a distributor and have given them the content ID permission (collecting on your behalf for KZbin and TikTok etc) you will get the same strike when you upload to TikTok as yourself… the system doesn’t know it’s you… instead of using your audio from you- just use it from the library- if you’re doing an alternative version… the sound recording should show as different anyway.
