Worked like a charm. But without a fuse I just made a jumper from a wire and two blade connectors!

Could be the thermocouple tip that touches the flame. Mr.Heater people say if you can jump the wires together, that's what it is. In the Mr.Heater units, you can replace just the flame tip. They have another way to diagnose a bad tip-over valve sensor.

bypass the safety switch I figured it out myself using a fuse also like you did it works fine now thanks for sharing!

What size fuse did you use ?

it was a small size one from a newer car i only used it so the wires could fit there is no power on that system only ground so any rating fuse will due just fine to make the connection @@grandanbarbee7460

I used a 5 Amp fuse and it works great now.

If you do that, set that 20lb bottle in a square milk crate and you’ll be less likely to knock it over if you bump it.

I just want to say thank you so much for this video young man, I live off grid and I'm out of wood so I have one of these little heaters and it was doing the exact same thing now I know how to fix it. Thank you so much cause right here where I'm at right now. It's minus seven degrees
