Awesome vid! My 2009 JK would idle down and almost stall, cleaned as you suggested. Wow can’t believe how well it runs! Very smooth! It’s like a new Jeep...amazing it was that simple.

Took my engine cover off my 16 jk, such a bad design to keep more heat on my plastic cheap engine parts. Thanks for posting video. Easy fixes , don't let dealerships rip you off for a little work most of them are scum and over charge you on " dealership" mark up prices" and I get they have to make thier 100 plus per hour. Watch some videos, learn basics , knowledge is power . Tip the guy on the way out. I'll go a Step further and disconnect the whole Throttlw body myself to clean the other side when I get the new plugs and gasket set in, chow

Perfect fix. A dealership tried telling me it was $1000 to fix it. And said I need a oil change too. I did get the oil change bc hey why not. Then I said I’ll do it at home and it was my throttle body. Shit works wonders.

Thank you for this video just what I was looking for having trouble with the idle only after starting and only does it once and it’s almost immediately after starting and it goes away but nonetheless concerning . Hope this fixes it!

How did you clean the throttle body motor? Did you use the throttle cleaner?

Spray the mass air sensor might not be getting the right amount of air And could be dirty
