I can text people just fine but I'm not receiving texts at all! I even had my sim card changed and I'm still not receiving texts. It's super frustrating especially since I do a lot of work through text messages. Samsung needs to figure out what is going on with this issue!

My s22 has been not letting me send messages lately severely disappointed with Samsung if they don't fix the problem soon I'll turn it in for an iPhone.

For me it's I can't send messages or be on a phone call unless I'm connected to the internet. Before I didn't have any issue I could turn off mobile data and still make phone calls. Now I have calls dropping every 30 seconds or it won't even ring

The only way I can send messages is by restarting my phone, and then do the message. So annoying

I can send gifs and pics to my husband's iphone but not a sms text plain text. I just got the S23+

Yes! I called US Cellular and they had to activate my ESim card. Apparently S23 has both esim and sim cards. After she did that all fixed.

If people aren't receiving your texts, go to SMS, press 3 dots top right, press settings, chat settings, Default Message type - change this from 'Chat' to 'Text or Multimedia '

I can text but xfinity will not allow videos longer then 5 seconds. Why? I've reset, checked settings, etc and xfinity and samsung and have no clue. Short videos, less than 1 minture, should work especially on wifi. Help!!!

Sometimes I can only receive texts if I'm connected to the internet. Someone could try to contact me and I wouldn't know until I get home hours later. I'm not sure if this is a related issue.

hard reset wipes out your apps on the phone,you have to reinstall the apps

None of this solutions worked, I did a sim card uptade, E-sim not worked, factory reset, not worked. I guess I sould have to buy a new phone.

I always bug my wife and say it's because it's Samsung... I've had HTC M7, Sony X Performance, OnePlus 6T McLaren edition... No sms issues

Texting I have one issue I can send vids or Pic. group texts I dont get nothing or maybe 1 or 2 will make it through. I can't send hardly anything and the same with pics and vids
