I have a solax transformer and it is folded up and it won't unfold. I had the remote control batteries checked and they are operating at 100%, so it's not the remote. The scooter is fully charged so it's not the scooter battery. I don't have a red bar on my model, it bar is black. I moved the bar forward and then tried to manually unfold the scooter and it won't unfold. I tried clicking on the remote twice as you suggested above and nothing happens. I moved the bar backward and tried clicking on the both the A and B keys twice as you suggested to see if anything would happen. Still nothing. Any ideas?

I removed the battery to store it at room temperature. When I replaced it I recharced it successfully. There is no power available via the key fob. Any ideas? Thanks Murray

The battery on the key fob might be dead.
