Yes, me mechanic nahi hu bike riding Mera hobby hai me khud se kaam sikha hu taki apna bike me koi problem aye toh tekh kar saku. Bikes ke bare me jankari nahi hone se, mechanics minor problems ke liye bhi bahut zada paise lete hai.

I am having Yamaha FZ V3, from last 3-4 months Brakes and ABS is not working. I have shown it to Yamah service centre, without checking, they said, it has problem in ABS Box. I asked them to check the cylinder piston in breaks and they had changed it, but problem is not solved. They said, we need to change the ABS Box, which is of 15,000 Rs. But they dont have it. I am very tensed, what to do? Help me anyone..

Bro each and every part of motorcycle is repairable. Don't go to service centre bcus they do not repair parts, service centres want to make money so they are going to change entire ABS system. Don't fall prey to these service centre PPL. So consultant some trusted local mechanic they will repair Abs system and fix the issue. Repairing would cost you around 1000 to 1500 rs. Thanks

Bro air must have been trapped in the system. Take a syringe and fill 1/4 of it with brake oil and insert it from brake bleeder screw using a petrol pipe. Thats it all the air in the system including in ABS pump will be removed from master cylinder. (Make sure you cover the bike parts with some cloth just to make sure that the brake fluid doesn't fall on it).

Bhai aap Abs ring aur sensors check kare, dekhiye ki sensors pe kachra toh nahi hai. Agar issay problem tekh nahi hua toh ho sakta hai cable loose ho gaya ya unme carbon jam gaya jiske karen ECU ki sahi se signal nahi pouch raha. Cable ko clean karke plug karen agar problem nahi gaya toh ECU ka input aur output voltage ko check karna hoga.

Agar aap ke pass tools hai toh brake assembly ko khol kar phir se fit kare unme brake caliper boots hote hai kharab hone par brakes mal function karte hai. 50 rs me naye set mil jata hai. Agar mechanic ke pass karane se 100 se 200 Tak charge lega bus. Showroom me le jahenge toh bahut zada charges le lengay. Thanks

Bhai gadi girne se brakes kharab nahi hongay, brake oil change kariye tekh ho jayega. Oil 50 rs ka ata hai aap khud change kar sakte hai. Disc roter ke pass Jo brake mechanism hota hai usme brake boots hote hai. Boots kharab hone par bhi a problem ata hai. Boots ka pura set 50 rs me milta hai. Agar aap ke pass tools nahi hai toh aap mechanic ke pass bhi jahengy toh 100 - 200 charge lega set kar dega.

Agar Abs light gadi chalaye bina off ho jata hai, Toh momentary self-check of ABS system ka indication deta hai, isse koi problem nahi hoga. Lekin gadi chalate time Abs on hota hai aur jalta raha jata hai tab Abs system me problem ho sakta hai. Agar gadi chalte time light on hoke immediately off ho jata hai tabbi koi problem nahi hai abs system me. Gadi running me abs lights check kare aur koi problem ho raha hai toh comment kare. Thanks

It typically indicates the issue with the abs system. Please check these things, Abs sensor, Brake fluid, Abs module also check wiring, wheel bearing/hub. If there is any issue with the brake system itself, such as worn brake pads or a malfunction brake caliper can also trigger the abs light.

This jayanta Hazarika from Guwahati Assam, Bhai My FZ250 BS-6 model 3 years Running Today i check at Yamaha service center in their system regarding the issue of My ABS in their display is showing Hydraulic Unit Assembly ( abnormal ABS motor power supply) Malfunction they said your motor is damage it will cost around 28000 approx... For a new One.. I got really upset 😢 I can't believe it how come within 3 year it got damage so early.. and ABS light Is ON all the time But to be honest as of now my Both the breaking systems are working properly but I have not tested in high speed or highways I am afraid if suddenly breaks doesn't work in running condition then what will happen 😢

Bro, the problem with service center people is that they often prefer to replace parts rather than repair them because repairing bike parts doesn't earn them as much money. Even for minor issues, they opt to change the entire unit. If the ABS motor malfunctions, you can have it repaired by a skilled local mechanic. Every part of a motorcycle is repairable. You can ask the local mechanic to uninstall the ABS motor and take it to an electric motor repair specialist, they can fix it. While motorcycle mechanics may not repair motors themselves, they can uninstall and reinstall them. This is what we typically do when ABS or starter motors become faulty.

Aap bahar se original motor kharid lo KZbin pe bahut se videos hai aap unko dekh kar khud se bhi motor fit kar sakte hai bahut simple hota hai aur aap dot 3 ka brake oil bhi Lelo, only 50rs. App market se spare motor kharid lo used motor bhi mil Jaye toh kharid lo online bhi check karo, agar spare nahi mile toh motor ko open karke tekh Kara lo. Bhai jaise Mixer aur fan ka motor tekh hota hai waise hi Abs ka motor bhi tekh hota hai. Par bahut se log iss baat ho nahi jante. Jo mechanic mixer aur fans tekh karte hai waise log abs motor bhi tekh kar sakte hai. Showroom Wale ke chakkar me bilkul bhi mat pado. Thanks

Aap ABS ring aur sensor ko clean kare. Agar problem solve nahi hua to ho sakta hai abs sensor se ECU ko signal nahi pouch raha. Kyu ki barish ke season me moisture ke wajay se sensors tekh se kaam nahi karte. Agar aap cables ko open karke, clean kar sakte hai toh tekh hai. Nahi toh accha mechanic ke pass Jake cables ko clean karne ko kaye. Abs sensor aur motor jaldi kharab nahi hote. Carbon aur moisture ke wajay se kabhi kabhi problem dete hai. Thanks

Yamaha fz3 bike hai, 4 saal aur 17000 kms mein hi Abs brake soft ho Gaya hai. Aur kaam Nahi karta, ab Kya karoon? I think 4-5 mahine pehle tak abs brake hard tha toh thoda karta Karta tha, last time showroom servicing ke liye Gaya toh unhone bola aapka abs ab kaam karna band kar Diya hai. Poora abs kit aur motor change kar do 15k mein, Maine manaa kar Diya. Fir tab se ghar laya hun bike aur ab dekh raha hun front brake soft ho Gaya hai aur Bilkul kaam nahi karta . Rear brake pe hi chala raha hun abhi. Bataiye kya karoon? Local Mechanic se motor change karwa loon, kya wo 1-2k mein ho jayega?
