for everyone whose laptops not charging simply remove the battery from the laptop then charge it so you can turn on the device..then see if the laptops turning on and if it does remove the charging put the battery back and try turning it on even after that if it doesn't charge uninstall drivers and restart it..this is work for sure, I did it on my Lenovo S340 by myself with my brother.

Look at where the charging port is Connected to the motherboard, look for broken solder. If it looks good take a multi meter to the battery and check for resistance, if no resistance then it probably is the mobo

That is probably an error code, indicating an issue. Count how many times it blinks and look up that on acer's webpage.

My acer V5-573 laptop doesn't turn on without the help of charger, even if battery is full. I have to connect the charger for a few seconds and remove, then press power multiple times whilst the orange light flashes each time, until eventually the blue light comes on and the laptop turn on. The battery of a dead laptop worked on another laptop on a different PC. This means the battery is fine. I also removed the CMOS battery and jumped the motherboard, it didn't work. Now I'll remove the motherboard. I made a video for all this, unproductive hardwork.
