With the new air system they are using now days. Its easy to repair with the orings.

Good information man. For all the folks asking where to buy O rings, ever heard of a hardware store or auto parts store?

Actually those wont work, the size difference is only about 1 to 3 mm. They did that on purpose so you would have to buy the part and not just the O ring. But my old Volvo dealer sold them to help out their customers..Other dealers wont sale them, they want you to buy the expensive part, and not a 99 cent O ring you can do yourself.

Get you some plastic easy connections and take the O ring out and replace your bad O ring out easy and cheaper fix, worked out for me

Its called a collet fitting all you need to do is get the size and order it online or see if your local parts store has it

@@jasonlall1955. When I made this video I was an owner Operator. I used to buy them by the bucket full. All different sizes and kept them in my toolbox. Only place I ever found them was at the Volvo dealer in New Haven.Other Dealers dont want to sale them to the public. Because the fact they want you to buy the $400.00 part and charge labor to put it on. With the O rings, you only spending .85cents to fix it your self..

It's the ring that holds the airline into the plastic grommet. Only place that I know of that sales them. Is the Volvo dealer in New Haven Indiana.. That's where I bought all mine from..

Trouble??? This literally take about 3 minutes and you're no longer leaking air. 3 minutes $0.99 oring vs 1 hour $275.00 for the entire set up. Thank you sir for this video

The “part” that he pointed out is one piece for all the air fittings a “pass through” you cannot just change a single fitting on it…….so you’re the carzy one or just an 🫏
