@@MohauTladi-kv8df i switched my phone from volte to normal, then restarted, then switched it back then restarted again. It didnt happen immediately but the issue got fixed the next day. I think that did the trick yall

I can't make calls at all to anyone, I can't even receive calls, they just go to the answer phone since update to Android 14. I have a Xperia 1 V

Up until 2 day's ago, had no problems... I can do everything else to my phone, except make a call, to anyone.. It rings 3x's, then a busy signal starts, & then hangs up automatically. I tried calling customer service, was on hold for 2hr's/more, & had to call a different company, bc I didn't have service. The second customer service person said same thing??? Don't make sense.. Anyway, I tried everything I was told to do... Nothing!?! Can you please help me
