MsMpEng doesnt exist inside the Windows Defender directory. Infact, it only contains 2 sub-directories and 5 .dll files :/ not sure what to do from here

Thx man, it worked. It was earlier using 5 GB of RAM. It cause all sorts of problems, the display drives were failing screen was locked at max brightness and at some low resolution. Now it's working fine.
