I’ve tried everything in this video and your last and nothing works, basically what happened was my pc started doing a windows update and it must of shut down half way through because when I booted my pc it has nothing on the desktop, the background image is one I haven’t used for like 2-3 years. So I’m trying to re download the windows update to see if it fixes my pc and makes it go back to normal but I can’t since I don’t have internet and no available networks show. So I plugged in an Ethernet and that doesn’t work either

Sound like a driver issue. Have you tried downloading the drivers from a different pc then put them on a USB and install them on your main pc. You can find the correct drivers by just searching for your pc model and then going to drivers or if you have a custom build pc search for your motherboard's drivers. I hope this will help you.

Hello bro when I have connected to usb teathering it shows two ethernet and first one which is written is" REALTECH PCI Gbi Family controller" is showing network cable unpleged and second "realtek rt8188ftv wireless lan" is connect but in second I can't find speed and duplex in advanced settings and in first I found speed and duplex but it always sayes" network cable unpluged" when I have connected😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

I faced the problem in working place, when I connect the Ethernet cable to the laptop it works well while when I connect it to the desktop it doesn't work. it gives me a message ""Ethernet" doesn't have valid IP configuration" any one who can help
