Bro, I have a sticky situation as my watch had a Spigen’s protective bumper around the watch, so I am unable to put my finger into the bumper & press on the release button, so what should I do if I need to change a new strap or do a new rotation??? The thing I can’t remove the bumper because it’s a full wrap type. I need your help in this ASAP. Thanks!

Hmmm this is definitely a sticky situation. Have you tried using something thin like a toothpick or hair pin? Once you find something thin enough, you can use that to push down the release button while you try to slide the band out. Hope that helps you! Sheesh 😅 yeah that makes sense. I hope you get it unstuck soon! When you do, try to take your band off every week or so just to make sure this never happens again. Cleaning the inside slots every now and then will help prevent it getting stuck again 👍

How long has it been stuck for? I would try going through the steps in the video a few times and if it still is stuck then go to the support team for where you bought it.

Toothbrush and rubbing alcohol wipe worked perfectly. Had to wiggle it for a little bit but it's a great option if you're nervous about sticking your watch in water.

Compressed Air: Use a can of compressed air to blow out any debris or dust that might be lodged in the release button mechanism. This can often dislodge particles that are causing the button to stick. 2. Heating Pad or Warm Compress: Sometimes, applying a bit of gentle heat can help loosen any substances that might be causing the button to stick. Use a heating pad or a warm compress around the button area for a short period. Be careful not to overheat the watch. 3. Gently Tapping: Sometimes, a gentle tap on the watch can help dislodge any particles that are stuck. Tap the side of the watch against a soft surface like a padded mat or your palm. 4. Professional Cleaning: If the button remains stuck, it might be time to take the watch to a professional for cleaning. They have specialized tools and experience in dealing with such issues without damaging the watch. 5. Avoiding Sticky Substances: As a preventative measure, be mindful of exposing your watch to substances that could cause stickiness, like lotions, oils, or sticky foods. 6. Regular Maintenance: Regularly cleaning the watch and the release button area can prevent the buildup of grime and dirt that could lead to the button getting stuck in the future. After you clean it as much as you can, you may have to give it some force while trying to slide your band out as you hold the release button. But Remember, it’s important to be as gentle as you can with these methods to avoid damaging the watch.
