Hey bro! Sorry to hear that. While pressing and holding in on one of the release buttons, gently rock the band attachment back and forth (to the left and right) and see if it will begin to slide out. Repeat on the other side. If you cannot get it to release, make an appointment at the local Apple Store to have them assist you with it.

If watch is not water proof

Apple Watch is water resistant, but not waterproof. For example, you can wear and use your Apple Watch during activities such as exercise (exposure to sweat is OKAY), walking in rain, washing your hands, etc.
