How to fix AutoCAD blocks using a LISP routine

I've spent the last hour or so looking through blogs, etc. trying to find a simple way to do this. THANK YOU Belinda, this finally fixed my problem. I was able to not only put the nested objects on layer 0 and ByLayer, but also I was able to do this for hundreds of different blocks ALL AT ONCE. Thank you again!!!
