My laptop's built-in keyboard initially had issues where pressing Shift + A wouldn't work correctly and would instead trigger other actions like opening the file menu. After using the laptop with this issue for about two hours, I powered it off. Upon restarting, the keyboard stopped working entirely, preventing me from entering my PIN to log in. Even i use the external keyboard and type the password, it automatically presses 5 and i cant log in... how to solve that Please help

Hope the key 5 pressing or damaged. Try to disassemble it and try with external keyboard or onscreen keyboard
