Joe, I have a brother printer J458DW. I have had this printer for years, and I love it because it's simple and easy to use. A week ago, I was printing labels and paper jammed. I removed the jammed paper, but it continues to show jammed. I couldn’t print it and was highly frustrated. I went through several KZbin videos but had no luck resolving the issue.
