When I get a lot of buffering I change the channel in my modem, I had a Comcast modem once and I had buffering all the time and with the Comcast modem "you" can can't change the channel, once I changed the modem and choose my own channel the buffering was cut down drastically.

Buzztv doesn't have channels or shows. You need to hit up your provider
