For me it’s my PS5 and Series X I lag a lot online that’s about it. My phone and other devices work fast no buffering when I stream 4K KZbin videos

I’d like to know what causes the router to just not work…they tell me it’s usually my fault it doesn’t work but what am I doing to cause the router to have to be completely reset blah blah and no internet for two damned weeks constantly!?

Nothing, it’s their fault for not maintaining any of their infrastructure, we had no internet for 2 months but they still tried to charge us for those months which was actually insulting to our intelligence

Thanks for this it did fix some problems but century link is still pretty bad and customer service is even worse than its speeds, someone when I call them to tell them that their wifi literally isn't working it is somehow my fault

Get something else that's the only fix. Century link is garbage. I have to power my router off every 3 or 4 days nothing makes their internet service any good.

You are correct. But for me centurlink, now brightspeed, is the only provider available where i live. If another provider ever comes to my area i switch immediately! We pay top dollar for third world service. And when calling to complain we get to speak with Pakistanis or Indians or whoever they are that speak broken english, that have nothing to do with the company here in the States.

I have century link sucks I buy gtav for my ps4 and my internet go slow and disconnect. My family they called companies and tell them they are scams have slow internet. My family wants to call the FBI and go to court to sue century link. I hope my case will win

My issue was they gave me the wrong model of modem for the signal coming into the house…. So if it doesn’t fix it please call them. They didn’t catch this for 2 years and have had spotty signal. Hopefully this fixes my issue as I have no internet at all right now

When ever you call in to third world country tech support you should think about this. They will have a better more relable and faster internet connection than you will ever have s a customer. And you are paying for it. You;re welcome.
