Thanks Bro , you saved me easily $100 , i called nissan showroom today before i saw this video they said $75 just to inspect what is going on, and then let me know additional charges, i found the free fuse just like you showed and followed it, 10 minutes max for me with first scrambling to find tools and tweezer . shame on Nissan showrooms, they are such a rip off

Informative video. Straight to the point. I was able to change the fuse for the cigarette lighter, but I can’t seem to find the fuse location for the one in the center console. I checked the manual but no location… Do you know where it might be for a Nissan Rogue 2015?

My issue is the windshield washer doesnt work. Fuse is good and 3 diff pumps but no luck getting power. Wondering if it has a relay or fuse elsewhere other then in dash side. 2017 rogue.

What cause the fuse to be blown? I have also similar problem. I replaced the fuse but it keeps on tripping. Perhaps the lighter socket need to check.

What causes a fuse to blow is a short to ground before the load. In this case your load would be the cigarette lighter/power socket. Does it blow as soon as you replace it? Perhaps you’re overloading the circuit?

@@dmgar3789 I set aside the overloading because this is the same load before I used when it was working well. I think a shorted circuit or grounded is behind this socket

Probably the power socket is bad. It’s powered by the same fuse.

Btw, would you know where the fuse and relay for the Windshield pump are located for 2015 Rogue? My windshield is not spraying any fluid...the front/back wipers work, but no fluid or the pumping sound...thanks!

You’re welcome Mark. No, it doesn’t matter which way the fuse is facing. I do not know where the fuse is for your windshield washer motor, but if you’re not hearing the motor trying to pump most likely it’s your motor that went out. You can do a voltage drop at the motor or you can simply use a test if you don’t have a volt meter. The motor will be at the bottom of your windshield washer reservoir. Good luck 👍🏻

Seems its common problem with windshield washer pump. Its in same place as this video from what i saw when I checked,but no luck as mine was still good. Looking to see if it also has a relay somewhere. 3 diff pumps cant be bad.
