Any idea on how to clean the little triangle portion on the front of the handheld part, bottom left corner? Mine has accumulated dust and some pet hair and I haven’t been able to figure out how to clean it.

I just sat down going through videos and comments to try and figure this out too. No one talks about this. I have only had my vac for one month and that triangle of stuff is gross 😬 I can’t get it out.

I talked to customer service and a video call so they could see what I was talking about. They sent me a new piece bit I have a feeling it will do the same.

@@harminderchahal6767i saw shark saying it is not able to be cleaned there but it doesn’t affect the performance. Apparently it is for better air movement. I don’t think it’s a good idea!!

Mine too. I’ve contacted customer service and they confirmed there is no way to clean it. Very frustrating, and honestly I don’t even see what’s the point of that thing.

How do you clean the thing you referred to as a ‘valve’, aka the triangular / trapezoidal window-inside-the-window of the container that fills up but no way to clean??

Why don’t you answer the question on how to clean out the little V-shaped breather right above the self emptying flat where the dirt comes in from the sweeper tube? You keep telling people “ you’re welcome “ like you answered their question.

How come nobody talks about the elephant in the room? That tiny dust cup for fine dust particles that nobody covers in their videos on how to empty and it wasn’t in the instructions on how to do so. I have a Miele vac with it and it tells you how to.

Thank you. I will refer to this video on a rather constant basis. Gotta click on save mode. If anyone interested in that odor cartridge, I’ve seen them in Walmart, the vacuum area. Can’t recall price though.
