How to fix condensation problems

Have all the items Ian says, very good working rangehood and bathroom extractors vented outside, moisture barrier, clothes dryer is done under a covered deck so no wet laundry in the home, also have extra ceiling and underfloor insulation, and tried to open doors and windows where possible BUT my 70s Brick and concrete tile roof still had CONDENSATION. But once we had a Smartvent installed, the condensation disappeared. No issues with smells etc from the roof space as it has a very good filter. Otherwise good points Ian

Sure, open the windows and doors, brilliant . Never mind the +40 to -15 degree outside air temperature .
