what he just did there was forcing ZZZ rendering to be in directx12 when you ran the game, ofc it will still crash. so the problem here is that ZZZ doesn't support outdated GPU even if you ran it with the most up-to-date directx, but it seems to be an issue on unity's side tho. there's no way around this beyond waiting for them to add a fix to their unity version not supporting lower end-pc gpu.

i dont think they will fix it, the same thing happened with hsr and i cant play since last year bcz of this( i have intel hd gpu)

when I played the beta it worked just fine in intel HD 620. Good thing I have a phone that I can run the game with enough fps to play.

I've done this shortcut already. While it did et me past the loading screen and entered the story mode, the game always crashes in the combat tutorial with Anby. I checked the the spec requirement before hand just to make sure my device is compatible and it is. I'm able to play Genshin, Hsr, Hi3, and Pgr. Heck, I can even play wuthering waves smoothly and the game runs on Unreal Engine instead of Unity so it's more demanding. Is there a server problem because I really don't know what's going on.

You need to click "browse" and scroll down click the file that you have the game , scroll down click the app that have ZZZ logo* it's the logo that you copy the path before the force*

what if I dont have a "ZenlessZoneZero.exe" file? I used the repair button to check for missing files multiple times and it still won't show up in the directory folder

idk abt these stuff by try unninstalling it through hoyoplay and installing it again, mine also didnt exist and then out of nowherre it was there so i dont think i can help much

Before it crashed during loading screen but after this i got into the game but was laggy as hell. Then I just closed it again and opened it normaly and it worked, worth a try

Sirve, solo que al llegar a combate se te va a crashear de nuevo. Y aún no arreglan el problema. Al mandar correos a servicios de ayuda te tiran el pastelito de que te compres una PC nueva, lo que es estúpido porque ese no es el problema, es problema del juego y deberían estar haciendo parches a esta altura.. están bastante mal los de hoyov
