How to fix Cydia "Failed to Fetch" errors by removing UltraSn0w

Description: UltaSn0w was once a much used tool to unlock iPhone's using older baseband firmware. Nowadays, it's not so used anymore. In fact, a lot of times it will generate 404 errors causing Cydia to hang. By removing this repo, you can speed up Cydia and fix these "failed to fetch" errors when refreshing.

My tweaks weren't working anymore (like CCControls, zeppelin, sicarius, unlimtones), weirdly AirDropEnabler still functions and they're not even in the settings anymore (normally you have different settings for each, but they just aren't there) I got a GPG error when I first noticed it, but not anymore and I can't figure out what's wrong Please help

Jeff I have a problem with my tweaks not working. I installed the HiddenSettings7 tweak but it doesn't work at all not even if I reinstall it. Should I just try re-jailbreaking my iPhone?

No, all you need to do to fix this problem is install bootstrap. You can do this by going to manage>sources>edit>add. The source you'll add is: cydia.myrepospace.com/PWN24K/ , once you install bootstrap reboot your device and install whatever tweaks you like.
