Its pay as you go. You can enable/disable automatic recharge though, I have mentioned at 1:45

Oh, that happened to me as well! In my case, I mistakenly created and used a secret key from a different account, which caused the payment to be processed from that account. If you're confident that you're using the secret key from the same account where you made the $5 payment, try generating a new secret key. That should definitely resolve the issue!
