How to fix ERROR E:36 BOSCH Series 6 Idos washing machine . WAT28640 . Draining problem resolve .

We had the same fault code but with a different solution….. take the top off the machine and we found that a small drain pipe had come loose at the top of the machine….. we put the hose back on and secured with a clip…. Solved the problem…..

👍 machine réparée en 10 minutes. Merci. Filtre bloqué. J'ai nettoyé la pompe après l'avoir desenserclee avec une pince et un tournevis pour la partir centrale. Le filtre s'est deconincee après avoir nettoyé la pompe. Machine comme neuve

the only problem is that the red light is not moving so i can't even switch to any different mode
