How To Fix Error: WinCC Explorer - Server not available

Good morning LuuHV, I saw your video, and I'm facing the same problem. However, at the first check I saw that the SQL Server File (WINCC) was not created, should it be created automatically? Is there any way to create this connection manually between Wincc Explorer and SQL server? I'm using Wincc Explorer V8.0. Could you help me?

I have a problem....I tried to install wincc explorer v7.4 and open it but it keeps sending me an error about couldn't connect the server and I tried every available solution I know to fix it like sql 14 configuration but nothing seems to be working at all and I am stuck. Please help me

wincc 7.4 sp1 up17 tạo dự án mới thì báo lỗi "basic application could not be started. please check your software license". bạn có biết fix làm sao k? thanksss
