Mine has a? Over the actual icon of the FaceTime when you go to call somebody or you could switch to FaceTime if you wanted to as a quick link, mine now has a mark over it or it lights up with a mark on it

Yeah, that wasn’t a slip of the hand. The first contact didn’t even have a phone number in it. He was demonstrating what the grayed out FaceTime looks like and what it should look like when it’s fixed.
