How to fix Fiat Panda 2003-2012 Cigarette Lighter Socket Not Working, Fuse Blown/Location Guide

Hi there, I put the 20A fuse and 30A relay but I still have no power why would this be?

I have the same problem the fuse is working which also powers the heater fan, as when I plugged it in the fan comes on inside the car. My cigarette socket stopped working after I plugged a tyre pump into it. I've checked all my fuses with a meter by taking them out 1 by 1, all working. So what's stopping the power to the socket? There must be a blowen fuse somewhere but I can't find it. Did you manage to sort yours out?
