I would use 1 dessertspoon of LEMON JUICE to replace an actual VITAMIN C TABLET - does the same job, as lemons contain that vitamin ! It does make a difference - giving a slightly higher rise - and stops a collapse due to possible poorer quality gluten in the flour.

I've recently purchased and assembled the Yaheetech 180cm x 90cm x 45cm 5 Tier Garage Storage Shelves. The middle supporting strut is no longer provided but the mdf shelf is still 0.5cm thick. I can understand how these have warped and broken in garages that get a bit of damp. It might be worth replacing at some point with something stronger, e.g. 2.2cm flooring chipboard. The joint between the two upright struts is the weakest part. If you need to move the shelving unit then you need to take it from the bottom section otherwise the two sections will come apart. Its made in China but the finish is acceptable and, on mine, there were thankfully no missing components. For the price its good value but don't expect to make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

I have a question, when I drive faster than 10mph there’s a loud squeal from the outside now I’m not sure if it’s a dry wheel bearing or cv joint? The squeal noise sometimes depends on the way the vehicle corners or load on the engine etc going down hill but sometimes it will still carry on squealing ? We have always kept full cream powdered milk at home, for making Indian sweets etc. and during COVID I purchased powdered eggs. I haven't tried an omelette yet, as I'm not a great egg eater, but use them in baking all the time. The powdered milk and eggs make absolutely wonderful crepes. Honestly one cannot tell the difference. My wife and children have eaten them many times without knowing what they have been made with and always enjoyed. When the apocalypse comes, I shall not be going out on an empty stomach.
