make sure the command it set as followed +fps_max 0 not +fps_max unlimited and to do yourself a bigger fafor add this -dev +fps_max 0 +cl_fovScale 1.7 to also get rid of the intro crap and allow yourself to play on 120 fov

Am I the only one having a issue where no matter what setting I change, the game hovers around 70 FPS? The fps isnt capped and despite putting every setting on low, the fps remains at 70. I dont get it. I even capped at 60 and the game will run it at 50. Genuinely what is going on...
