Hi, try to clear cache in the Google services app, go to settings and look for Google Services, clear cache and data , restart your Box and try to connect.

@@Amzeeel Thanks for the help, but it still didn't work. We ended up logging into a different account, then removed my account and re-created it again. Now it's working again.

No, this is about Google Play Store. Has nothing to do with other apps. The only thing you have to do after clearing cache is to log in again to your Gmail account.

I have downloaded Netflix and You Tube apps into the box. But you tube plays but when I try to sign in, it won’t accept. Even though I have put correct name and password many times. Then Netflix...managed to sign in so my profiles are there, but it won’t scroll up or down through the movie choices. Can you suggest some fixes, thanks.

Hi, press the pointer on your remote if there is one to scroll up and down, if it's not working, connect a computer mouse, so easy to use in a Box. In regards to KZbin and Netf, check if you have enough space left in your Box, remove some unnecessary apps. Go to Settings - Apps -press KZbin - storage , clear cache and delete data, do the same thing for Netf and restart your Box and log in again. If it doesn't work, remove the apps and install them again

The problem I’m facing is no matter what I do when I enter my google account and password it keeps saying password and account doesn’t match…even wen I’m 100% sure I entered the correct thing..I even reboot the device many times and the same thing keeps happening

@@BB-zs9vh This has nothing to do with the device. It's your gmail account. Use de different Gmail. There are 3 ways to add a Gmail account: 1- Press PlayStore 2- Google Chrome 3- Settings Try one, if it doesn't work, try the other. Hope this helps

This is what keeps happening to me, Ive used 3 different emails and made sure the passwords are correct, still tells me they don't match and when I make a new email account in the device it logs me out as soon as I make them, prompts me to log in and then tells me the password is wrong.

I'm trying to connect my account to google but after to add my password, google shows this message "keep your account with this phone's nimber" then there are two options "yes, I'm in" and "skip" either I pressed both so many times, it's still not running. I already delate all the data and capcha, I went to the option "force stop" "disable" on google play store and google play services, nothing works... Help please! I just bought the tv :(

Hi, there are three ways to add a Google account, if it doesn't work in Google play, you can try to do that in settings or through Google Chrome app.

@@Amzeeel guess what, your right it worked but on the box it wanted me to put one if the security characters in uppercase when in fact it suppose to be lower case; why is it? I'm worried my security password may have been compromised.
