I have a new internal door was too big, the installation people cut the side/edge of the door to fit it in, however, they use water base paint apply on the cut to make it looks nice but it doesn't work. The rough surface of the wood cut is still obvious😢. May I know what I can do to recover the beautiful door? Thank you😊

Hi, I purchased a brand new door for our kitchen. Because the casing was damaged, the installer trimmed the edge of the door where strike plate goes, and did so unevenly. It is very unsightly, and I want to fix it. I've been told that I have to buy a new door. I have this particular wood filler product, and am going to try and repair it. It's called the hardener and it comes with the filler. You mix both together and they set rock solid in minutes.
