The RST driver was the solution for me, thank you. I have an HP Omen 16 (i7, 11th gen) and this was tremendously helpful. I used the generic Intel RST driver from Intel's website and extracted the VMD drivers from there, then followed your procedure here. Good work.

This video did help me a lot, it is just missing that the driver should be download from the brand that computer is built in

There is no option to extract when I right-click on the file I downloaded from HP Drivers download.

Thank you so much for this solution. This genuinely works. I wanna provide an information regarding this, you don't necessarily need to download tager lake one if it shows for you, if you notice then you can see there are 2 RST driver download option, if one driver doesn't work then try out the other one. In my case the driver without tiger lake worked that's why.
