YES!!! It worked! I unplugged for over 5 mins and pushed the power button on the TV for 30 seconds and it works now! THANK YOU!

Can't really measure how much time you saved me! The only solution I was being provided was to send the TV back to the store. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Worked like a charm. turned off for 5 mins, turned TV unit off. Pressed on HDMI ports. urned TV On it worked

Hi my friend, which tv model do you have ? I have tcl c735 and when I want the play ps5 with vrr, I opened the game but suddenly ps5 signal lost. If I turn back to ps5 menu with using ps button then signal came back. I don’t understand why occur this issue. But yes if I unplugged the cable and plugged again I can play. This is so weird.

Wow this worked!!! I had my cable provider come here twice to figure out what was going on but they couldn't figure out the issue and in a little over 5 minutes after following step one in this video the problem was solved. Thanks man. 🎉

When pressing the POWER button (your instruction at 30 seconds), does it suppose to flicker? Does a light suppose to come on/of? Also, HOW can this work when the TV is UNPLUGGED with NO power going to it?

Good video, but nothing work. 3 of the 4 ports just don't work at all, despite the TV being a brand new 75" model.

I have the same problem. I was playing then got static picture. I wiggle the cable the image came back fine. Seconds the screen went dark. Bought a new cable nothing. The ps4 shows image on another TV. Did you found a solution to this? I read that maybe its the board that has hdmi ports went bad. Will try to replace that see if it solves the problem

@@midianc I never found a good solution, other than wiggling it like you said. This makes me think it’s a motherboard issue that should be addressed while it’s under a manufacturers warranty.

i fucking bought a tv for a grand hdmi was working few months later it stopped i have rtx 3080ti and it does not fkn work whatever cable i have i literally bought 3 hdmi cables very high quality..

Tcl is garbage at hdmi earc/arc .. no tcl tv working on that hdmi audio out nowadays

I tried your solutions and nothing worked for me. I suspect the TCL 32D4300 model given to me by a MEO sales person as a reward for signing up with her service has been sitting in a warehouse or worse in the floor of her loja for quite some time and may be damaged. Cheapest TV I have ever seen!
