my printer is not printing full page only part page , 2nd problem is it just prints 1st page only then it dosent print next page i have to swithch off machine and give command of just one page it will print , but next it will not , i have to switch off then start again then give command of second page it will beu not go thired page so in need to swich off then re start

first you print test report or copy it ok or not? If ok try to new word you type one page if ok try 2 or 3 pages. If ok the printer no problem, if printer words problem try to reset printer to default

can you checking chip with new one or original.some time chip toner not use with your area. can try to change your area inside your printer.maybe hp block with number 2 toner

With these printers you cannot use 'number 2' toner cartridges.

it still can use but need to turn off auto update firmware on printer , and it you ready update need to downgrade firmware
