You can see the extension installed on chrome but its not working on youtube..I tried other way to solve it..First uninstall idm and remove it from registry..uninstall also chrome..after removing it from registry restart your pc and reinstall again IDM and chrome and simply drag and drop IDMGCExt to chrome extension..Hope this method will work for you guys..
