it's useless setting here and there. I even changed devices because of this problem. initially XR, XS Max, 11, until 11 PM, it turned out that the problem was only the HeadCharger/Charger Cable. it happens because the incoming current does not match the device. That's why it jumps on the screen. as a result multitouch stuck like that (Ghost Touch). replace the MFI HeadCharger/Charger Cable from Apple or Original Apple as well, the problem is solved.
