How to fix: ISTA not connecting in BMW E series

This is a simple fix to align your com port settings in ISTA and on your laptop. I had used this exact setup in the past, but this time my com port changed on me.
This can also be a reference for F-series to E-seris users, when switching cables/cars you need to change the interface.
