I’m new to the LSPDFR community. To download those plugins like stop the ped or any of the other ones. Do I just drag and drop the plugins folder to the main directory?

Yes, if there is also one more step, when loading up LSPDFR make sure that you click the settings button on your rage plugin hook when It loads, then go to "plugins" and click " load all and launch"

hey I know this video was from 4 months ago and I might not get a response but I already have the updated ragenativeui but whenever I try and load LSPDFR it crashes my game. even when I try and open it from inside the game

Sorry I couldn't help in this video, maybe try the previous version of ragenative.ui as that worked for me. Also try temporarily moving your mods folder out in order to test if the root is from the mods folder itself.

I can’t really check that, as my LSPDFR messed itself up, if you need to click F4 as a key bind, try changing it to another key

If this doesn’t work, then the root is different, when you install LSPDFR files are changing, and hundreds, possibly thousands of files are being added, all it takes is one wrong or corrupted file and your whole game goes down the drain. Might want to check forums or other videos.
