Mine restarts nightly. There does not appear to be any problem. Why do you not bring up Automatic Update causing this?

But I cannot use any of these methods because I due to the constantly rebooting, I cannot use the screen.

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend resetting the NVRAM/PRAM if that didn't work, try to use a bootable USB drive to try launch your computer into safe mode so you can further troubleshoot. If that doesn't work I would recommend taking it to a professional for further assistance.

Fair video. What happens if the MacBook just keeps restarting on its own. You don’t get to a screen to do anything.

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend trying to reset the SMC by shutting down the computer, plug in the power adapter, hold down Shift + Control + Option on the left side of the keyboard, then press the power button at the same time. Hold these keys for 10 seconds, then release and turn on your MacBook. If it keep looping I'd recommend taking it to a professional for further assistance.

I have the same problem my mac suddenly freezes and keeps restarting
@drz400sy86 ай бұрын
@@ENFJ06 My daughter called Apple. They had her reinstall the operating system. It took a few hours but updated software and fixed the problem. If I recall correctly it was the same instructions we ended up finding on Apple knowledge search.

A very horrible how to fix restarting loop on Mac. If you cannot get into your computer due to the issue, I wonder what planet in our galaxy one could go to to get into the computer to download anything. WHO forces people to post these incomprehensible videos?

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend trying to restart your mac and while it boots hold command +R then select reinstall macOS. You can also try booting your laptop then pressing the "Option + Command + P + R" simultaneously for around 20 seconds as your Mac turns back on to reset the NVRAM.

I have a macbook Pro. Every time I type in my password, it starts to load up for a bit, but then it's turns off & then I'm back from square one, and it happens all over again. It starts to get hot every time I keep trying. Can anyone please help me. I haven't been using this since 2022. 🙏🏾

Hi there, thank you for your question! Try forcing a shutdown and resetting the SMC (Shift + Control + Option + Power for 10 seconds). Boot into macOS Recovery (Command + R for Intel or hold the Power button for M1) and use Disk Utility to repair the disk with First Aid. If issues persist, reinstall macOS via Recovery to fix system files without erasing your data. Additionally, run Apple Diagnostics (hold D on startup) to check for hardware issues. If none of those steps work and the steps mentioned in the video I would recommend taking it to Apple for further assistance.
