I'm guessing running the calibration has to be done a few times? Because I ran it once and it finished within 30 seconds the problem persisted. Was annoying to go one wash load and have to panic pause it before the wash machine took off again.

Well my drum barely bounces when I push down on it. But I put it in test mode, tested spin and it started to banging on the sidewalls immediately. Order the shocks in the link?
