How to fix misfire due to bent connecting rod - replace engine with new one

New 351W in my truck, replaced the old tired one which had a bent connecting rod on cylinder 5 not known about until tear down. ATK/ VEGE 1969 351W reman long block I put Flotek 180CC heads on and installed a Comp cams 255 DEH camshaft. Also rebuilt the C6 and put the TCI low drag kit in it and a 2500 stall converter.
