Thanks for the kind words. Yes it does work in the most cases since those settings and the programs don't change in files cuz there is no update possibility which means if it wirked then, it'll should still work now

Hey there, whenever I try to open NFS carbon root file so I can start modding the game I get a message saying "The folder you selected C:\Users\My PC\Documents\My Games\NFSC\ Need for speed Carbon does not contain the supported version of the Need for Speed game. Any ideas what's causing this issue? My game is updated at 1.4 version, with the Battle Royale mod installed. Thank you!

You shouldn't open the carbon root file just selected the folder where the .exe exists, if that didn't work just patch the .exe file

Then the changes you've made are too big, make small amount of changes, note them down so you know what you've did as last then you knw where to search your mistake

I've run into a similar problem, but it's weird. I changed a few of the cars' 'IsCustomizable' to 'True' in Need for Speed Carbon, but nothing changes in the Car Lot. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't think this is win 11 related, (copy,paste) your game folder to the desktop or to another hard drive (if available) it actually does'nt matter where the game is on your computer

@@fortnitetrash1532 version isn't a problem, most people do not know that the saving issue is comming by not running the program as Admin,, + if its saying cannot be saved, it still saved your changes

you might try to patch the .exe file in the root folder of the game,, if thats not working you can try to open vlted with admin rights

i would like to help you with that but in that section i am not familiar since i never needed modscrypts,, but what i do know is that it was showing the install location when you installed it that time, search on your computer for that location and delete whats neccesary,,, be carefull! You might need to rebuild the archive for that so every file is together again

you have to add cars via an mod installer, won't work via NFS VLTED company name+car visuals and textures+shaders have to be for at least 80% in the game in order to work if not it can crash
