no f way you are a life saver i didnt knew about the nvidia settings thing that helped me! never knew it was that easy i had to disable and fastly open game then enable the amd display graphic to play vulkan games before that. even in the video you told us everything step by step that i knew what to do in a second. by that you got a new subscriber

From what I know, it doesn't support it because Intel doesn't care to make an Installable Client Driver (i.e. an iGPU driver that has support for Vulkan) for Ivy Bridge/Haswell/maybe Broadwell. On the other hand, Linux has an Intel Vulkan driver that supports Ivy Bridge/Haswell (incomplete support though, meaning you can't use many of Vulkan's features) but I think it only supports the 1.2 version of the Vulkan driver, so no 1.3.
