For me it was a problem with the power button (hardware). I removed the power button , and now it's working fine.

@ammabeldoroy1823 bring it to a local phone repair shop if you don't know how to reinstall an OS. Got mine reinstalled a Color OS 2.1 or something that is equivalent to android 7 and the problem was gone. Hope this helps.
