Burying my phone in raw rice overnight fixed my issue. I am glad you mentioned "if it got wet". I did not actually get my phone wet, but I am guessing just moisture from humidity (I live in warm climate) may have caused the issues. Raw rice saved my kids' phones repeatedly over the years, and apparently, it still works when it comes to a dampness issue. I would recommend trying the rice trick before bringing for repairs.

This is a good tip, just be carful because you could easily get rice stuck in your charging port! It broke my phone.

My phone's camera would turn off all by itself right as I'm pushing the button to take the photo. It was very frustrating. I watched your video and it helped me fix the problem with my camera. I noticed an update to the camera. I uninstalled the update and took my camera back to original settings from when I first purchased the phone...then updated it again to bring it current...my camera doesn't shut off anymore, I'm so happy. 😊 Sometimes, or most times these updates throw our phones off and cause it to malfunction. I have a Blue View 1 phone(actually 4 of them) and I keep them plugged in 24 hours a day to run my phone farm. About every 3rd day my phone will be shut off when I wake up. I think I see the problem, but don't know how to fix it. I believe when my phones are at 100% for a while(a day or 2) they stop charging and then my phone will eventually die since it isn't charging and once battery life gets to zero then it shuts off and then restarts charging. 2 things happened to my cell phone out of no where. My (down) volume didn't work.and now it works. It fixed by itself... Now the other problem is that my cell doesn't turn off when I press the button. Doesn't work. But if I don't use it for 10 sec my cell turns off and the only way it turns on is that if someone calls me or texts me on my cell phone messages or I put the cable quick in and out in the earphone hole. So weird. .
