I had the same code but after looking at my signal from the O2 sensor I determined that the O2 sensor was working properly and that the mass air flow sensor was saying there was less air coming into the engine then what the O2 sensor was saying when I pop the hood to look at the mass air flow sensor I heard a sucking noise coming from the intake so I replace the intake and sure enough there was a crack on the bottom of the intake after replacing with a new intake the code went away after driving a little while. Basically the code that you are reading is saying that there is more air going into the engine than the mass air flow sensor is saying there is, or in other words unmetered air. If you are able to know how a O2 sensor oscillates and what range it should be oscillating with the proper scan tool you would be able to tell if you had a problem with the O2 sensor mass air flow sensor or if you was having the same problem I was with unmetered air

i currently have the same issue, i mechanic tested the 02 sensor it was working fine, we just took out the flowmeter and cleaned it up and the check engine cleared out itself. But still observing it tho. The fuel consumption is really high. still checking

ECM is not detecting anything because you just manully cleared your P2195 code. Your video title should be "how to replace O2 sensor at Toyota Corolla" instead of how to fix P2195 code. It could be things like vaccum leak, alnormal fuel pressure, mass air flow sensor failure etc....... But thanks for sharing.

As I mentioned in the video, I have a device that will show me if I have a pending code even after manually clearing the code. I have completed the job months ago and had no issues with my engine. Thank you for the feedback

I was getting a p420 cose had to do with my catalack converter I replaced both 02 sensors on my corolla and now I'm getting this code how do I fix it

Check for vacuum leaks and fuel pressure.
