The feeder roller in my Canon mf8580cdw is in the back of the paper tray space. It doesn't match the video. I can't fit my arm in there to remove it.

Let the printer sit up, such that you can see the bottom. Then remover the paper tray. You should be able to see the rollers.

Thank you. That Feeder roller was hard to take out. I had to get help with a third hand. I couldn't turn my printer off because as soon as I turned it off, the roller moved back to the original position.
