🤩🤩🤩Dear Mr Bilal, you are a superhero!!! I had exactly the same problem of jammed paper torn and stuck on the fuser roller - I was very lucky though after your video showing me how to unclip the scanner tray I was able to lift the top flap and gently roll the stuck paper until it showed an edge, then very gently lifted it with a small flat screwdriver, then rolled it forward until it came out. As you said there was another sheet torn and stuck underneath that one so I did the same, gently lifted the edge then rolled forward until it became free. So now nothing on fuser roller! I've just tried printer and was expecting the 'duh, duh' sound and the orange light but it is fine green light and printing! You are due to have some very very good karma coming your way for helping people like this! Many thanks from UK.

Thanks! You did a great job in helping me unjam the paper which was wrapped very incredible neatly around the fuser neatly around the fuser which I had to disassemble. Circuit board was very slightly different so recommend that anybody doing this take a photo before unplugging the myriad of plugs. Top man Bilal

Thank you very much! I had paper that got stuck in the output feed and rolled up around the roller. I initially followed the steps to disassemble the fuser unit. But when I got to the part where you unlatched the top part, I realized removing the top part was all I actually needed to do to get the paper out. Saved me from having to have the printer serviced, and now I know what to do next time something like this happens again!

I also had the "worsed case" problem of jammed paper torn and stuck on the fuser roller, which required a full disassably of the printer. Thanks a lot, all steps have worked like shown in the video. The HP service was only able to give a support on a very low level, which ends before you touch the first screw.

Thank you so much (I had issue buying super thanks😢)! As mentioned, this is really not a good printer. I had an issue with ghost printing and had to argue with HP to get a replacement printer. Then the fuser of the replacement printer was somehow wrapped in some thermal paper and there was no instructions how to remove them. In the end, I got paper jam issue. Your video is a saviour! Easy to follow even for someone who has no experience dissembling and assembling electronics. Please make more videos like this!

Yes! A great addition to the video. I got stuck while removing the side wall (could not disconnect it from the rear part), I hoped I could skip that. I was able to unjam the printer with just unhinging the scanner and opening the fuser area from the top.

I always tend to look for the root cause of the problem, because that is the field of my expertise. As regards paper jams, I would suggest that it has something to do with the paper absorbing moisture (from the atmosphere) and thus losing its rigidity or stiffness. This would happen if one does not print often or the paper in the tray is exposed to the air for a long time. To prevent this paper should be stored in a plastic container with a lid that seals properly.

Thanks for the very helpful video - now I know the printer very well :). However, I still have a problem - I fixed it several times by disassembling the printer and the fuser (made me expert in it, I guess), but the printer keeps printing several pages and jams the paper again. From what I can see, I guess the paper is not going in the right direction at the very final stage. It goes down and starts wrapping around the drum of the fuser. Any suggestions, please?

not only that, sometimes it can be due to humidity on the papers. Paper should be dry . second as you said about the paper movement in the fuser through the drum, This can be observed during printing. If found any thing unusal then you have to take it to nearest service center.

The error code indicates that the fuser temperature is abnormal. In most printers this error is caused by a failure of the fuser but there exists the possibility that the power supply is bad
