How to Fix Party Voice Chat & Mic in COD MW3 or WARZONE on PS4

Everything you've said is on, however when I test my mic it can pick up the sound and everything I say but it still won't work because my tramates and enemy's can't hear me when I speak. ( I'm NOT banned BTW)

Same I'm voice banned, but the option to unmute me is not available in a match. Ranked mode with custom chat party is the only thing that works on PC btw.

OH MY GOD!!! DUDE! I have been searching for like almost 2 months now to figure out why my damn warzone chat would not work! It game voice chat was muted in on the playstation like you said!!! I now can hear and talk to people! Oh man I stopped playing because I could talk to my team ! Life saver! Thanks my dude!!!

Sound and devices and unmute all microphones. That's it. The update muted everyone straight out the PS4 sound and devices settings.
